What is Gulupa AI?
The team that manages what you built with AI: it maintains, secures, fixes and improves it every month, with human review of every change.
Which tools do you work with?
Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Cursor, Supabase, Vercel, n8n, Make, WordPress, hosting site builders and code made with ChatGPT or Claude. If you used another one, ask us.
Will you ask me to rebuild everything?
No, unless fixing it costs more than rebuilding a part. In that case we show you the numbers and you decide.
Can I keep making changes myself?
Yes. Let us know so we can check they don’t break what we look after.
Do you work outside Medellín?
Yes. Everything is remote: in Colombia and with Hispanic clients in the United States.
About pricing and payments
How do I pay?
Online by card, PSE or Nequi, or by bank transfer. Diagnostic, audit and rescue are paid upfront; plans month to month or one year upfront.
Is there a lock-in period?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Is the diagnostic deducted if I hire something else?
Yes, if you hire the audit or the rescue within the following 30 days.
What if a job takes more hours than estimated?
If it’s due to a change you asked for, we quote it beforehand. If it’s our estimation error, we absorb it.
About security and data
Do you need my passwords?
No. We ask for guest or read-only access when the tool allows it, and never for passwords over WhatsApp or email.
What do you do with my users’ data?
We only look at it if it’s needed to review a risk, we don’t copy it and we handle it under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012.
Do you guarantee I’ll never get hacked?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We do guarantee daily backups, monthly reviews and a response within 1 business hour if something happens.
About results
Will my app sell more?
We don’t promise that. What does change: it stops failing, stops exposing data and you can keep improving it without fear.
