What it costs and how long it takes
A rescue starts at COP 2,990,000. You get the final price after the diagnostic, fixed and in writing, before we touch a line. If it’s bigger than it looked, we split it into phases and you decide how far to go. A typical rescue takes 1 to 3 weeks.
When fixing it costs more than rebuilding a part, we tell you with the numbers in hand. Sometimes the right call is to move the app off the platform where it was born; that’s quoted separately.
So it doesn’t happen again
