Nothing goes live without human review
Every change goes through a person on the team before reaching your users.

Price before work
If something isn’t in your plan, we tell you what it costs and wait for your written approval.

Your data stays where it is
We work with guest or read-only access when possible, we don’t copy databases to personal computers and we handle personal data under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012.

The code and accounts are yours
Everything lives in your name. If you leave, we hand over access, documentation and a guide to continue without us.

We tell you before you hear it from someone else
If something fails or will be late, we tell you first, with the cause and the new date.

Gulupa AI is a line of Gulupa Digital, a Medellín agency founded in 2016 by Daniel Paniagua and Daniela Restrepo.
In 10 years we’ve worked with more than 500 clients and built software others use every day: more than 900 hours of development for Universidad de Antioquia, the intranet of Hospital Marco Fidel Suárez, a residential portal with more than 1,400 users and 22 websites for schools of the Archdiocese of Medellín.
Hours and response times
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Colombia time (UTC−5), excluding holidays. Critical failures are handled within 1 business hour on every plan. Outside those hours we only respond under an availability agreement.
