What counts as a "change hour"
Your hours, in practice
One hour is enough, for example, to change text and images on several pages, add a field to a form or fix a small bug. Five hours cover a simple new feature or several screen improvements.
If something will take more than what’s left in the month, we tell you beforehand with the extra-hour rate (COP 195,000) and you approve it. Unused hours don’t roll over.
Fixing something that used to work and stopped working doesn’t use your hours. Anything that breaks because of our mistake, we fix at no cost.

Terms
The rules, clearly
- Monthly plan with no lock-in: cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Yearly plan: pay for 10 months and get 12.
- If you leave, we hand over the code, the access and a short guide to move your project.
- Not included: the cost of tools in your name (Lovable, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI and similar), redesigns or large features, which are quoted separately.

About the plans
Can I keep making changes myself with AI?
Yes. We just ask you to let us know, so we can check your changes don’t break something we’re looking after.
What if my tool disappears or changes its price?
We warn you in advance and propose options to move your project, with a clear cost.
Does it work for a regular website not built with AI?
Yes, but for WordPress websites or sites built by Gulupa we have Gulupa Digital’s maintenance plans, from COP 89,000 a month.
