Can it be on Shopify?
Yes. If you prefer to pay Shopify's monthly license, we build it there and Gulupa's price is the same.
Do I need a hosting plan?
Yes. A WordPress store needs hosting and updates: Secure Hosting is the minimum and we recommend the Care plan because of WooCommerce updates.
Who charges the payment and shipping fees?
Each provider (the gateway and the carrier) charges you its fees directly. Gateway account approval also depends on them.
How do I pay?
50% upfront and 50% when you approve the working site on our staging environment, before it goes live. You pay the balance once you have seen your finished site.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in Colombian pesos and do not include VAT. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days.
What if I'm late sending the content?
Each business day of delay on your side moves delivery by one business day. That is why the timeline says what you provide and when: if you meet your dates, we meet ours.
Is the site in my name?
Yes. Once paid in full, you own the final design, the copy and the code specific to your site. The domain is registered in your name.
Do you guarantee sales or Google rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee deliverables, deadlines and quality in writing: a fast, secure, measured site that is ready to receive customers.
What is a feedback round?
A single list with all your changes, sent in one message through the project's official channel. Consolidating feedback avoids back-and-forth and protects the delivery date.
